Be Responsible For:

Oversee daily operations across all attraction areas Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable Ensure a high-energy, positive guest experience at all times Manage guest issues professionally and decisively Monitor staffing levels, breaks, and efficiency Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards Support ticketing, retail, and attraction flow when needed Communicate with ownership and leadership on performance and issues What We re

Looking For:

2+ years leadership or supervisory experience (required) Strong presence

• confident, professional, and decisive Excellent communication and people skills Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure High standards for customer service and team performance Willingness to be hands-on (this is NOT a sit-back role) Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or attractions Experience with Group Sales, Marketing, or Social Media is a major PLUS!
