Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Baseball Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our youth baseball league @ Marvin Elementary. This role involves managing site activities, supervising volunteers, offering assistance/guidance in practice, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and experience in managing sports or hospitality environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to community engagement through youth sports.
Season start:
September 19th (Every Saturday for 6 weeks) Must be able to work 5/6 weeks Supervise daily site operations during baseball games and practices to ensure smooth execution. Lead and coordinate staff and volunteer teams, providing clear direction and support. Oversee guest services by addressing participant needs, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Enforce safety protocols and facility policies to maintain a secure environment for players, families, and staff.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
