You will lead a team that delivers unforgettable experiences for kids, families, and guests celebrating special occasions. From managing bookings and staffing to maintaining game equipment and delivering top-tier customer service, you will play a vital role in creating a fun, safe, and seamless entertainment experience. You'll be expected to manage inventories, labor, and scheduling while also coordinating and executing high-energy birthday parties and group events. Whether ensuring the golf course is guest-ready, resolving guest concerns, or jumping in to prep party food, you'll be hands-on, organized, and customer-focused. Your dedication to detail and hospitality will help ensure every family leaves with lasting memories—and every team member is motivated and supported. Responsibilities and Duties Greet, assist, and accommodate the needs of guests with professionalism and enthusiasm Book, coordinate, and oversee birthday parties and group events from setup through cleanup Supervise and schedule FEC team members for the arcade, party rooms, and golf course Place and track redemption inventory and manage prize restocking Ensure cleanliness and organization of all entertainment spaces, including arcade, golf course, restrooms, and party areas Troubleshoot arcade and redemption equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed Oversee food prep for parties and guests, following food safety and portioning guidelines Train and motivate team members to provide exceptional guest service Maintain and balance cash drawers at the start and end of each shift Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels and submit order requests as needed Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees at all times Monitor labor and operational costs to meet financial goals Set performance goals to improve productivity, guest satisfaction, and employee morale Collaborate with the restaurant team and upper management on special events and promotions Complete additional duties as assigned by General or Regional Management Qualifications & Requirements ServSafe Certification required — or willingness to obtain upon hire Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards Solid math skills and the ability to analyze inventory, labor, and operational costs Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a team-first mentality Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions under pressure Exceptional time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering fun, memorable guest experiences Experience in family entertainment, hospitality, or event coordination is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Job Benefits Employee Referral Program College Book Reimbursement Flexible Hours 401K Advancement Opportunities At Nifty Fifty's, we're more than just a restaurant — we're a destination where wholesome family values, mouth-watering homemade cooking, and the spirit of the 1950s come alive every day.
