We provide an inclusive space for those looking for real connection, friendship, and a community to belong to. From weekly social groups to trivia nights, adult parties, and game nights, we give our members the chance to experience what every adult should: a social life, a friend group, and a place to belong.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 or older Has a passion for working with neurodiverse individuals and a commitment to promoting inclusion & community A social, friendly, outgoing & personable attitude that fosters an environment where participants feel included, valued, and comfortable. Positive, young & welcoming energy! Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with members, families, and team members. Experience with individuals with disabilities (preferred but not required). Prior experience leading or facilitating programs/activities or recreational activities (preferred but not required). Degree or relevant coursework in fields such as Speech, Special Education, Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Please note:
this role requires weekend availability. Candidates must commit to at least 3 working days per week to be eligible for this position.
Job Duties:
Leading, supporting & facilitating programs such as social groups & social events Connecting & interacting with the disability community within groups/events Overall, have fun & be a friend!
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
