Camp Director & Regional Program Lead (Hamptons)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly versatile, entrepreneurial leader to take full ownership of our Hamptons market. This is not a traditional camp director role—this is a builder role. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional summer camp experience and driving year-round growth through community engagement, partnerships, and local brand-building. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable running operations, teaching kids, attending events, and representing iCAMP in the community. The right person will take pride in making this program both exceptional in quality and meaningfully larger year over year.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Operations Direct all aspects of iCAMP's Hamptons summer camp program Teaching & Program Delivery (School Year) Teach STEM/enrichment classes during the school year Support curriculum delivery and student engagement Use school-year programming as a foundation for community presence and enrollment growth Community Engagement & Marketing Represent iCAMP at local events, fairs, and community gatherings Build and maintain relationships with local schools, organizations, and families Develop partnerships that drive awareness and enrollment Act as the "face" of iCAMP in the Hamptons market Market Growth & Ownership Own enrollment growth for the Hamptons program Identify and execute local marketing opportunities Continuously improve program quality and reputation Operate with a strong sense of accountability for outcomes Plan and oversee holiday camps and seasonal programs Ensure high-quality program delivery, staffing, and parent experience Maintain a safe, engaging, and well-run environment for students What We're Looking For Highly proactive, self-directed, and entrepreneurial mindset Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience working with children (camp, education, or enrichment programs preferred) Comfortable teaching and engaging directly with students Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build community relationships Willingness to be hands-on across operations, teaching, and marketing Passion for building something and making it great Ideal Candidate Profile This role is ideal for someone who: Wants ownership over a program, not just a job Enjoys wearing multiple hats and being in the field Is energized by community interaction and relationship-building Takes pride in growing something over time Is equally comfortable in a classroom, at an event, or managing a team Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Performance-based incentives tied to program growth Opportunity for long-term leadership within iCAMP Meaningful autonomy and ownership of a key market
