Job Description
Overview The Lead Golf Services Associate position is a supervisory role to lead the Outside Services Golf Staff in providing an exceptional member experience daily. This position is a full-time and is expected to lead a staff of 20-24 part-time associates to meet service standards while providing a premiere hospitality experience. This position may also lead to an entry level position as an Assistant Golf Professional with the staff if the candidate is interested. Interest in the PGA is not a must but will be considered a plus. Experience Required High School Graduate (college degree preferred) Essential Responsibilities Lead the service experience daily Tournament operations setup Assisting with Junior Camps and Clinics Opportunity to learn Golf Shop operations as additional opportunity Benefits Hourly pay of $17 per hour Employe meal plan at a discount Uniforms provided Playing and practice privileges Additional opportunity for income teaching junior camps and clinics Continuing education allowance if PGA membership is pursued Paid time off Holiday bonus 401K and Health benefits - up to 5% match of contributions 4 paid holidays
