The ideal candidate will be responsible for the first level of supervision of food & beverage services in either an inclusive Premium Club or the Yuengling Flight Club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensures high quality, good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames. Helps create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promotes a safe, clean and neat environment for guests and other associates. Supervises the activities of Servers, Bartenders and other associates in the club to ensure proper customer service, food handling, alcohol, and sanitation procedures are followed. Monitors staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly. Promptly and warmly greets and directs guests to their tables based on availability or desired seating arrangements. Assists with service, including occasional bussing and setting up food lines. Helps train new food-service team members. Supervises the closing of the assigned dining location; ensures side work and station cleanup is properly completed prior to staff leaving at the end of each event. Exhibits exceptional communication skills with all management, staff, and guests. Gets along well with others, demonstrates flexibility and patience; possesses an interest in people; Maintains composure under pressure. Demonstrates knowledge of building amenities to answer guest questions and provide directions. Maintains accurate inventory counts daily as well as performs end-of-month inventory. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Highschool Diploma or GED. Minimum of (1) year of supervisory experience. Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Stadium/Arena, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience. Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification. Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification. Excellent customer service, organization, and time management. Ability to speak, read, and write in English. Apply to Levy today!
