$25.00-$28.00 per hour

Position Summary:
The Nelson Golf & Sports Club is seeking a strong, service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to support front-of-house operations and help lead an exceptional member experience. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys working directly with members, and can confidently support service teams during high-volume shifts. This position is primarily scheduled for closing shifts, with some mid-shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the front-of-house team throughout service and help ensure smooth daily operations Assist with floor management, dining room flow, and shift execution Help develop floor charts and ensure the dining room is properly set up for success Engage with members table-side to ensure a high level of hospitality and satisfaction Assist with service recovery and help resolve guest concerns in a professional, timely manner Maintain strong communication with servers, bartenders, hosts, and managers during service Uphold club standards for hospitality, presentation, and professionalism Be trained on safety and security protocols and respond appropriately when needed
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant, club, or hospitality leadership experience preferred Strong front-of-house service knowledge and confidence leading during active service Professional, polished, and member-focused demeanor Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and effective in a high-volume environment Availability to work primarily evenings and closing shifts, with some mid-shifts as needed
