This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment with the unique opportunity to help launch and shape a new location from day one. What You'll Do Be a Leader

• Supervise and support overnight associates by assigning work, setting priorities, and ensuring expectations are clear.
• Communicate goals and provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive strong execution.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance development. Partner with club leadership to ensure a smooth transition from overnight to daytime operations. Deliver Member

• Ensure shelves are stocked, merchandise is zoned, and the club is clean, safe, and ready for members each morning.
• Maintain merchandise presentation through stocking, organizing, signing, pricing, and display execution.
• Identify and address shrink, damages, and high-risk product areas. Own Inventory & Merchandising Execution
• Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and vendors using company equipment and processes.
• Complete required paperwork, logs, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Support product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards.
• Oversee picking and staging of club pickup orders as needed, ensuring accuracy and readiness. Champion Safety & Compliance
• Conduct safety sweeps and correct or report unsafe conditions.
• Follow procedures for equipment operation, forklift spotting, steel standards, and hazardous material handling.
• Model and enforce compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Use Tools to Drive Results
• Leverage handheld technology and digital tools to manage tasks, inventory, and workflow.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and make informed decisions using available data.
