50/hourly depending on experience In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. As a Camp Group Leader we are looking for individuals to inspire, spark curiosity, encouraging creativity, a sense of community, warmth, and foster a deep sense of belonging for every child. This occurs in a dynamic environment that thrives on innovation, excitement, and adventure. Seattle, WA First day or work is a full training day: 6/25/2026 Program Start Date for

Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday. Program Hours are approximately 12:00 noon
  • 4:30pm.
However, AlphaBEST staffs its program according to student attendance. Therefore, staff will be working fewer than full program hours and will rotate, leaving the program according to student numbers. Camp runs for 22 days.

  • Here's what you'll need: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations. As an AlphaBEST Camp Group Leader, you'll be trained to do the following: Lead a group of campers through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more! Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
