Job Description
Job Overview The Sous Chef caters to all venues in the NWA area, covering a variety of service types and events. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our events run smoothly and that all guests have an enjoyable experience. As part of our Event Staff, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of our events, including guest services, hospitality, and support in food service operations. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of meal spaces, ensuring everything is in order before and after events. Assist with creating visually exquisite food displays. Support food service operations by assisting with food distribution and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere and enhance the overall guest experience. Flexibility in traveling to various venues and comfortability in executing all service types. Practice and maintain proper personal hygiene while interacting with any food products. Practice flexibility on event sites to accommodate client and team needs. Requirements Previous experience in catering or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with food service operations is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to self-motivate and easy to give/take direction.
