In this lively role, you will be the driving force behind creating memorable experiences for children and families by expertly setting up, maintaining, and dismantling bounce houses and inflatable attractions at various events. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure safe, fun-filled environments that leave lasting impressions. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, family-friendly atmosphere where your positive attitude makes all the difference. Duties Efficiently set up and secure bounce houses, inflatables, and related equipment at event sites, ensuring all safety standards are met. Tear down and pack away equipment after events, maintaining organization and cleanliness. Conduct safety inspections before, during, and after setups to identify potential hazards or damages. Interact with clients, event organizers, and guests in a friendly, professional manner to answer questions and provide excellent guest services. Assist with event management tasks such as coordinating setup times and managing guest flow when needed. Handle cash transactions accurately for rentals or additional services when required. Maintain equipment inventory, report damages or maintenance needs promptly, and ensure all gear is in top condition for future use. Qualifications Prior experience in events management or hospitality is preferred; experience with children or in a resort or theater setting is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently through public speaking or direct interaction. Ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally in fast-paced environments. Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform outdoor setup tasks comfortably. Experience working with children or in food service is advantageous for understanding guest needs. Lifeguard certification or lifeguard experience is beneficial but not required; safety awareness is essential. A positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for creating fun experiences are key qualities for success.
