Position Overview Impactia Corp is seeking a dependable and organized Assistant Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of in-person events and promotions. This role focuses strictly on logistics, coordination, and on-site support. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics Support venue setup, breakdown, and on-site operations Communicate with vendors, venues, and team members Manage event materials, equipment, and supplies Help coordinate schedules and staffing for events Ensure events run smoothly and efficiently Address on-site issues and provide solutions as needed
Requirements:
