In this dynamic role, you will support event planning and execution, ensuring every celebration runs smoothly and joyfully. From coordinating activities to managing guest interactions, your proactive approach will be key to delivering exceptional service in a lively, fun-filled environment. Whether assisting with themed parties, overseeing entertainment, or ensuring safety protocols are followed, you'll be at the heart of every celebration, making each event memorable and seamless. Duties Assist in planning and organizing party activities, themes, and entertainment options to suit client preferences. Welcome guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and guest support throughout the event. Manage event logistics including setup, breakdown, and coordination with vendors or performers. Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere. Support food service operations, including serving refreshments and ensuring cleanliness standards are met. Oversee safety procedures by monitoring guest behavior and implementing crowd control measures when needed. Engage with children and guests through interactive activities, games, or performances to enhance their experience. Experience Previous experience in events management or hospitality roles is highly desirable. Background in customer service or guest services that demonstrates strong communication skills. Experience working with children or in a recreational environment is a plus. Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle challenging situations effectively. Familiarity with food service operations and cash handling procedures. Lifeguard experience or certification is advantageous for supervising poolside activities.
