Position:

The Ministry Coordinator is a part-time, hands-on role at the heart of Every Praise's day-to-day ministry operations. This person will help us grow our presence, connect with churches and ministry partners, and keep our events running beautifully. If you're passionate about worship ministry and want to put your skills to work for His Kingdom, we'd love to hear from you. This is a part-time position requiring approximately three days per week, with additional availability expected during events (approximately 2-4 times per month).

Responsibilities:

Serve as a warm and professional point of contact for ministry partners and the public. Lead outreach efforts to ministry partners and the broader community to build relationships and expand our network. Manage Every Praise's social media presence. Assist with event planning and on-site coordination. Support internal communications and administrative tasks as needed. Support physical event setup and breakdown when needed. Attend Every Praise events, team meetings, and ministry engagements.

Requirements:

Born-again Christian with an active faith and a genuine heart for the local church. Background in church ministry (volunteer, leadership, or staff). Experience in outreach to churches or faith-based organizations. Experience in event coordination or support. Experience in social media management, content creation, and scheduling. Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Based in the Orange County or Los Angeles area.

Preferred:

Experience with audio production, AV tech, or serving on a worship team.
