The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, ensuring that each one runs smoothly. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Plan and execute events from conception to completion, including weddings, corporate events, private winery rentals, and public winery events. Collaborate with winery staff to understand and execute client or event visions. Coordinate with required vendors. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events. Provide on-site management during events to address any issues that may arise. Minimum of 2 days in office is required in addition to event day hours. Experience Proven experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of event marketing strategies to increase bookings. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in events preferred.
