We're seeking an Event Manager to organize and oversee our brand's presence at local home shows, exhibitions, festivals, fairs, and community gatherings. In this role, you'll plan and execute events from beginning to end ensuring everything runs seamlessly while creating impactful experiences for attendees. You'll be actively managing events, guiding promoters, engaging with the public, and generating leads for our in-home sales team.Key Responsibilities:
- Exceeding appointments and Demos
- Supervise and coordinate a team of Event Promoters during local home shows, exhibitions, festivals, fairs, and community gatherings.
- Problem Solving
- KPI Appointments per hour Demo per hour Sold
- Monitor and manage booth setup, presentation quality, and customer engagement
- Report event performance, sales, and customer leads to management
- Provide on-the-spot guidance and problem-solving during events What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

- Can balance logistics, team management, and event execution
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, promotions, or event management
- Strong track record of delivering measurable results in fast paced environment.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to meet sales targets
- Must be reliable and available to attend events and trainings and can work during weekends
- With own transportation is a plus, especially for events located 30-40 miles away
