Overview Join our dynamic team as a Wedding Planner and turn dream weddings into unforgettable realities! As a Wedding Planner, you will oversee every detail of wedding events, from initial planning to flawless execution, ensuring couples and their families enjoy stress-free celebrations. Duties Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding day. Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets to guide the planning process efficiently. Negotiate with vendors including caterers, florists, photographers, entertainment providers, and venue staff to secure the best services at favorable terms. Coordinate all logistics related to venue setup, catering arrangements, decor, entertainment, and guest accommodations. Manage contracts and ensure all agreements are clear, comprehensive, and adhered to throughout the planning process. Oversee event marketing efforts to promote the wedding services offered by the company or venue. Upsell additional services such as premium packages or enhancements to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly and maintaining open communication channels. Supervise on-the-day execution of the wedding event to ensure everything runs smoothly according to plan. Handle budgeting meticulously, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Maintain strong organizational skills to juggle multiple weddings simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards related to catering, banquet arrangements, and venue operations. Experience Proven experience in event planning or hospitality roles such as banquet management, restaurant service, hotel operations or similar environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable vendor agreements. Experience in marketing or event promotion is highly desirable. Familiarity with contracts, catering logistics, guest services, and banquet setup is essential. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members effectively. Demonstrated ability in time management and organizational skills to coordinate complex events seamlessly.
