We produce festivals and community events, promote live music, manage public assembly venues, and provide operational support to sports arenas and event facilities. Summary PSQ Productions is seeking reliable and hardworking Event Operations Crew Members to support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations, ensuring safety standards are met, and delivering high-quality event experiences. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is comfortable with physical labor and flexible scheduling. Essential Job Functions Set up and break down event infrastructure, including staging, tables, chairs, barricades, and signage Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment before, during, and after events Operate basic tools and assist with equipment operation as needed Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries Assist with event logistics and respond to real-time operational needs Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and event timelines Benefits and Perks At PSQ Productions, we value the people who bring our events, venues, and guest experiences to life. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to stand and work for extended periods in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions Basic knowledge of hand tools and willingness to learn new equipment Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license preferred Physical/Mental Requirements and Working Environment This position requires working outdoors and on event sites with exposure to varying weather conditions, loud environments, and heavy equipment. Shifts may be long and physically demanding, requiring stamina and attention to safety at all times.
