You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and performers at a variety of venues including corporate events, private parties, festivals, concerts, and nightlife establishments. Duties Secure event perimeters and entrances Conduct guest screening, bag checks, and metal detection (if required) Monitor crowd behavior and manage access points Enforce event policies and ensure compliance with venue protocols Intervene in disturbances or unauthorized activities professionally Collaborate with event organizers, site supervisors, and emergency responders Complete incident reports and communicate issues promptly Skills Valid Security Guard License (Required) Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and think quickly in dynamic environments Must be able to stand for long periods, walk large venues, and work outdoors if needed Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential Ability to remain calm under pressure while making sound decisions.
