Event Manager

We are hiring a Part-Time Event Manager to plan, promote, and run our events. This includes camps, birthday parties, field trips, and special events. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, managing details, and taking ownership of projects. About Technique Gymnastics For 30 years, Technique Gymnastics has been providing skill instruction to students crawling to 18 in gymnastics, tumbling, acro gymnastics, trampoline, and Ninja gym in a positive, confidence-building atmosphere. We also have competitive gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling, and acrobatic gymnastics teams for kids ages 6 to 18. We strictly adhere to all USA Gymnastics and US Center for Safesport Policies and their mission to provide a safe environment for youth sports. Description About Technique Gymnastics Technique Gymnastics is a 38,000 sq ft gymnastics facility serving children ages crawling through 18. We offer recreational and competitive programs including artistic boys and girls gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, kindergarten gym, ninja gym, tumbling, and trampoline. We are growing and expending our events program and looking for the right person to lead it. Position Overview We are hiring a Part-Time Event Manager to plan, promote, and run our events. This includes camps, birthday parties, field trips, and special events. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, managing details, and taking ownership of projects. What You'll Do Plan and manage events such as: Summer, spring break, and fall camps Birthday Parties Field trips Vendor fairs Special events Coordinate schedules, supplies, and logistics Market and promote events (social media, flyers, outreach) Train and schedule event staff Lead and oversee all event-day operations Communicate with parents, staff, and vendors

Schedule Saturdays:

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (required)

Tuesdays and Thursday:

3:30 PM-7:30 PM (required) Additional hours required during event days and seasonal camps

Qualifications Required:

Reliable and organized Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable working with children and families

Preferred:
