Job Description
Founded in Monterey County in 1972, Scheid Family Wines is one of the fastest growing wine companies in the country with extensive estate vineyard holdings and a state-of-the-art winery campus. In addition to our flagship Scheid Vineyards brand, we produce and market a portfolio of global brands, including Ryder Estate, District 7, VDR, and Sunny with a Chance of Flowers, plus other regional and national private label brands. At Scheid Family Wines, sustainability is one of our guiding principles and we subscribe to a holistic definition of the word: something that can be maintained long-term. As custodians of the land, we're committed to respecting and preserving our environment. Through the years, we've received major sustainability and organic certifications across our vineyards and winery. Towering above it all is the 400-foot-tall wind turbine that supplies us—and over 200 homes in the surrounding neighborhood—with 100% clean and renewable energy.
