Responsibilities Greet and assist guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience from arrival to departure Manage guest services including answering questions, providing directions, and resolving concerns promptly Basic commuter skills Support public speaking efforts by providing information about event schedules or activities when needed Requirements Prior experience in events management or hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism Experience working with children or in guest services roles preferred Basic cash handling skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Join us as an Event Staff Support to bring energy, professionalism, and joy to every event!
