• 5:00 pm Duties Greet and assist visitors, exhibitors, and vendors with a friendly, professional attitude to enhance their event experience Provide information about the show layout, schedules, and featured exhibits through clear communication Scan pre purchased event tickets with attention to detail of ticket type for wristband distribution Assist with light setup, breakdown, and logistical coordination to ensure the event runs seamlessly Conduct point of sale box office purchases for on site ticket sales Wayfinding, crowd management, basic troubleshooting i.

e. guest can't find ticket or scanner device disconnects from Wi-Fi Light bussing, hospitality assistance, keep area tidy of trash, etc. Other various tasks as assigned by show leadership for over all event success Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently Bilingual abilities are highly valued but not required Experience in customer service, retail, luxury brands, or hospitality enhances your ability to serve guests effectively and problem solve in real time Politely assertive with guests as needed to maintain crowd flow, bottlenecks, and de-escalate ticket issues Able to stand for long hours in an outdoor environment while maintaining a positive, upbeat, and engaging attitude This role offers a vibrant work environment where your enthusiasm fuels the success of one of the most anticipated boating events of the year.
