THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE
Our School Event Planner plays a key part in strengthening family engagement, enhancing school culture, and creating memorable experiences for our children and families. In this role, you will: Plan and coordinate preschool events, including family nights, celebrations, fundraisers, and holiday events Develop event timelines, checklists, and detailed supply lists Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and internal staff to ensure smooth execution Support family engagement and community outreach initiatives Assist with event communication, including flyers, emails, and event sign-ups Ensure all events align with health, safety, and licensing standards Track event participation and prepare brief post-event summaries Maintain and manage an organized events calendar We're looking for someone interested in a part-time, Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM. Our ideal candidate can also meet the following qualifications: Experience in event planning, community engagement, or school-based coordination Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications:
