This role requires an individual who understands that events in a fine dining environment are an extension of the restaurant's culinary philosophy and service culture. The Event Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and the restaurant, translating each guest's vision into a seamless and refined experience while upholding the highest standards of hospitality, organization, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to event planning, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment where collaboration, communication, and problem-solving are essential. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Client Relations & Event Planning Serve as the primary point of contact for private dining and special event clients from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up Guide clients through the planning process with professionalism, warmth, and deep knowledge of the restaurant's culinary and service offerings Collaborate with the culinary team to curate menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and the restaurant's culinary philosophy Conduct site visits, walkthroughs, and planning meetings with clients to ensure clarity of expectations and event logistics Prepare detailed banquet order forms, floor plans, and timelines to ensure flawless communication with all operational teams Assist Events Director with closing the menu and F&B selection for events
