Duties Conduct thorough security screenings of attendees, staff, and vendors to prevent unauthorized access Monitor event areas using CCTV surveillance systems to identify potential security threats or suspicious activity Manage crowd control by guiding guest flow and ensuring adherence to safety protocols Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR Enforce event policies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary Perform regular patrols of the venue to identify hazards or security breaches and document findings accurately Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting suspicious behavior Experience Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; training will be provided if necessary Familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV and conflict management techniques is advantageous Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and CCTV monitoring enhances effectiveness in this role Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Experience working at large-scale events or in fast-paced environments is a plus This position is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in energetic settings and are committed to ensuring safety through vigilant observation, quick response, and professional conduct.
