Restaurant Management Training Provided Position:

Team Member - Papa John's Pizza We are currently looking for a Team Member who can take ownership of store operations and deliver exceptional service and quality. This is not a front desk or cashier role — we're seeking someone hands-on, energetic, and committed to supporting both the team and our customers. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient shift management, including independently managing store operations during slower hours. Food preparation - using our high quality ingredients you will turn a fresh ball of dough into a perfectly baked delicious pizza, complete with properly portioned toppings and maintaining product quality standards. Handle customer interactions with professionalism and a positive attitude. Perform closing duties when scheduled, including thorough cleaning tasks with support from inside staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization in line with Papa John's standards during all shifts. Accurately follow Papa John's procedures for food preparation, safety, and sanitation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including ServSafe standards. Ensure all pizzas meet our make-time and quality standards to deliver the best customer experience. Execute cash management duties with POS system and Shift Reports. Have reliable transportation to and from work. Lift 50 lbs. Work to make Papa John's a leader in its market.

High School diploma or GED preferred. Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
