Job Description
Elegance Unleashed is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Weekend Event Assistants to support weddings and private events throughout the Bay Area. This is an event-based position ideal for individuals who enjoy hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable experiences. As an Event Assistant, you will work alongside the lead planner to help bring each event to life, ensuring that clients and guests have an exceptional experience from setup through breakdown. Responsibilities Assist with event setup and styling Place décor and personal items according to event plans Support ceremony and reception transitions Welcome and assist guests as needed Coordinate with vendors and provide logistical support Capture behind-the-scenes content when requested Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces Assist with event breakdown and packing at the end of the evening Represent Elegance Unleashed with professionalism and hospitality Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds Reliable transportation and weekend availability Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, retail, or weddings is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits $25/hour Travel stipend provided based on event location Flexible, event-based schedule Opportunities for continued support throughout the year Hands-on experience in weddings, events, and hospitality Opportunity to grow with a small, creative, and client-focused team At Elegance Unleashed, we believe in creating beautiful experiences while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
