Events Manager (Hybrid Denver)

You will be responsible for owning and executing end-to-end event strategy and logistics for large-scale and fast-turn activations. This role requires you to come onsite Tues, Wed, and Thurs at their office located in the Denver, CO area.
Events Manager Responsibilities:
- Own and execute events end-to-end, including strategy, planning, logistics, and onsite activation
- Lead large-scale experiential events (e.g., trade shows, fitness activations, booth builds up to 50x60)
- Manage all event logistics including vendors, agencies, budgets, shipping/freight, inventory, and compliance
- Build and manage event programming, run-of-show, timelines, and staffing plans
- Partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Commercial) to align event goals and activations
- Implement processes and tracking systems (e.g., Monday boards) to manage workflows and execution
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure all deliverables are on time and on brand
- Manage event budgets, track spend, and report on KPIs (revenue, engagement, lead generation)
- Deliver post-event recaps with insights and optimizations for future events
Events Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event or experiential marketing (consumer brand preferred)
- Strong background in event logistics, vendor management, and large-scale activations
- Proven ability to independently run events and take full ownership (run the show)
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills across multiple timelines
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred) In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
