7 Washington, DC Job Details Temporary $28 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Outdoor work Attention to detail Special events Security Guest services Event customer service Guest direction assistance Full Job Description A+ Staffing is hiring event staff to support the Freedom 250 Fan Fest at the Ellipse from June 12-14. Staff must be highly polished and professional, with a friendly and customer service forward demeanor. Duties include ushering, wayfinding, assisting with crowd flow, providing information about the event, assisting with emergency procedures, and creating a safe, welcoming, and energetic experience for guests. All positions requiring standing for extended periods. All positions are outdoors.

Thursday, June 11, 2026
  • 11am-2pm Friday, June 12, 2026
  • 5pm-10:30pm Saturday, June 13, 2026
  • 2pm-11:30pm Sunday, June 14, 2026
  • 3pm-11:30pm
LOCATION
Ellipse and/or Monument Park area
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Strong situational awareness and attention to detail in dynamic operational environments. Ability to solve operational challenges in real time. Basic awareness of crowd management, traffic flow, and event operations. Ability to remain calm and focused in busy, high-pressure situations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Must be 18 years of age or older. Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods. Fluency in English is required; multilingual ability is considered an advantage. Previous experience in event staffing, customer service, or security roles is preferred.
