An incredibly dynamic, exciting and rewarding job for someone with exceptional creativity and organizational skill. As a major revenue driver, this position comes with key responsibilities for executing the vision and ensuring logistical details. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and extroverted, who thrives of making connections and using creativity to execute. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that every event, whether for a few hours or weeks long is executed flawlessly.

Carnaby is a next-generation, multi-site platform reimagining how families live, work, and connect—blending coworking, childcare, and community into a unified experience. We are building a high-growth, design-led company at the intersection of real estate, operations, and technology. As an events lead, you will be responsible for managing private client events and also community facing events for members and prospects. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, and guest services. Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors and collaborate with internal teams to secure the best services and execute the event per client needs Develop event marketing strategies to promote events effectively. Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are tracked accurately. Upsell additional services or products to enhance the guest experience. Provide exceptional guest services before, during, and after events to ensure client satisfaction. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for future improvements. Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably with a hotel or social club. Children-focused event experience a plus. Outgoing personality with a passion for building connections Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to create exceptional visual decor, or willingness to learn Knowledge of event marketing strategies and best practices. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Pay:
