About Us Launch Point Group is a growing company in Miami focused on customer engagement, client relations, and event support services. We work closely with clients to deliver professional in-person experiences and outstanding customer interaction. Position Overview We are currently seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to support live events and promotional activities in the Miami area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is looking to gain hands-on experience in event operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown Welcome and interact with customers at event locations Provide information regarding products and services Support team members with event operations and logistics Maintain organized and professional event spaces Help ensure positive customer experiences during events Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work flexible hours as needed Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn Previous customer service or event experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Paid training provided Weekly pay Career advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Full-time schedule
