Event Assistant (Sales Team)
The Bizarre Agency Weekly Pay:
$600-$900 Entry-Level Opportunity | Events & Promotions | Training Provided The Bizarre Agency is currently seeking outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team as Event Assistants (Sales Team) . This is a customer-facing role focused on live promotional campaigns, brand representation, and face-to-face customer engagement at event locations. This position is best suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, building interest in products and services, and contributing to campaign results in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities:
Represent client brands at promotional events and campaign locations Engage with customers face-to-face and introduce products or services Build interest in client offerings and help convert interactions into new customers Support customer acquisition and campaign performance goals Explain product features, benefits, and current offers clearly and confidently Assist customers with the sign-up or onboarding process where applicable Help set up and maintain event displays, promotional materials, and branded stations Work closely with colleagues and campaign leaders to support daily targets Deliver a professional, energetic, and positive customer experience Adapt to different event locations, campaign objectives, and customer needs as required
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment Positive attitude and professional manner Confident speaking to new people and creating customer interest Reliable, organized, and able to work well in a team setting Interest in promotions, events, customer engagement, or brand representation Previous experience in retail, customer service, events, hospitality, or client-facing work is helpful but not required
What We Offer:
Weekly pay of $600-$900 , depending on hours worked and individual performance Full training and ongoing support Entry-level opportunity with room for growth Hands-on experience in customer acquisition and event-based campaigns Team-oriented and energetic work environment This role involves working at promotional event locations in and around the Miami / Coral Gables area .
