We're looking for an Event Lead Coordinator to manage incoming leads through our lead generator, guide clients through the booking process, and oversee events happening across all spaces at Tinez Farms. This role blends sales and event management, meaning you're not just closing deals, you're bringing farm weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, and community gatherings to life. You'll work closely with our marketing team and Operations Director to ensure every event runs smoothly from inquiry to execution. What we're looking for

Highly organized and detail oriented
Tech savvy and comfortable managing leads digitally
Personable and confident with clients
Strong communicator
