Position Overview Crown & Palm Group is hiring an Event Staff member for an immediate start in Miami. This entry-level role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment. You will support promotional events, engage directly with customers, and contribute to sales initiatives while representing client brands with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Represent client brands during promotional events and customer engagement activities Support customer acquisition and sales initiatives during live events Assist with event setup, breakdown, and daily event operations Create a welcoming and positive experience for customers Help achieve individual and team sales objectives Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure successful event execution
Requirements:
