MOSIDA MOSIDA

(Museum of Social Interactive Digital Art) is a new immersive attraction opening in Wynwood, Miami. Unlike traditional museums, MOSIDA is built around creativity, collaboration, and social connection. Visitors do not simply observe art—they help create it through interactive digital experiences, collaborative art projects, AI-powered activities, immersive environments, and team-based challenges. Our primary audiences include families, children, tourists, school groups, and corporate teams. We are seeking an experienced consultant to help us design the operational flow, event strategy, and guest experience framework for our approximately 10,000-square-foot attraction. Project Objectives We are looking for a consultant who can help us maximize: Guest satisfaction Visitor flow and throughput Birthday party revenue Corporate event revenue Operational efficiency Repeat visitation Staff effectiveness Safety and crowd management Key Responsibilities Review attraction layout and provide recommendations regarding: Guest flow from arrival through exit Ticketing and check-in processes Queue management Party room placement and utilization Corporate event capabilities School group operations Capacity planning Staffing requirements Guest wayfinding Event logistics Revenue opportunities Develop recommendations for: Birthday party packages Corporate team-building packages Event pricing structure Staffing models Event operating procedures Sales and booking processes Event room utilization strategies Guest experience standards Deliverables Facility flow analysis Capacity and throughput recommendations Event business model recommendations Birthday party strategy Corporate event strategy Staffing recommendations Operations playbook Event pricing recommendations Guest experience recommendations Preferred Experience Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following: Children's museums Science museums Interactive museums Family entertainment centers (FECs) Immersive attractions Experiential entertainment venues Escape rooms Edutainment attractions Indoor amusement attractions Visitor attractions generating revenue through events and parties Ideal candidates have previously helped launch, manage, or optimize attractions that host birthday parties, school groups, private events, and corporate team-building programs.
