RESPONSIBILITIES
We're looking for a Reservations & Events Manager who is responsible for overseeing all private event inquiries, bookings, and execution in an upscale, French-Mediterranean environment. This role blends sales, guest relations, and operational coordination to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management:
Handle private dining and event inquiries from initial contact to on-site execution, including large parties.
Client Relations:
Meet with clients to finalize menus, event layouts, timelines, and decor.
Reservations Oversight:
Manage all reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable, Resy), optimize seating strategies, and manage daily reservation flow.
Operational Coordination:
Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house management teams for, event setup and execution.
Revenue Generation:
Develop strategies to maximize event bookings and increase sales.
VIP Handling:
Oversee high-profile guest relations and ensure exceptional service standards.
Team Leadership:
Lead and train the host/reservations team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Proven experience in reservations, private events, or front-of-house management in an upscale setting.
Skills:
Strong communication, organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
Software:
Working knowledge of booking platforms, with preference for experience in software like Tripleseat.
Availability:
Flexible work hours, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.
Attributes:
High energy, personable, and able to work well under pressure
Pay:
Up to $90,000.00 per year
