Event Planner (On-Call) Bilingual

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for each event, providing expert guidance throughout the planning process Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, caterers, and other service providers to secure the best terms and value Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, layouts, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution Coordinate all logistics such as catering arrangements, venue setup, audiovisual needs, and guest accommodations Manage event marketing efforts by promoting events through various channels and upselling additional services or packages to maximize revenue Oversee on-site event management—supervising staff, ensuring adherence to schedules, handling guest inquiries, and resolving issues promptly Track budgets meticulously, monitor expenses, and prepare post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement Proven experience in event planning or hospitality roles such as banquet management, restaurant operations, hotel services or fundraising events Strong negotiation skills with vendors and clients to secure favorable contracts and deals Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively Demonstrated ability in event marketing and upselling techniques to enhance event profitability Knowledge of catering operations, banquet setups, and guest services standards within hospitality environments Skilled in budgeting, time management, and detailed planning to deliver high-quality events on schedule Prior experience with contracts management and familiarity with event management software is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for events meets your talent for organization!
