Weekends required. We specialize in hosting unique, upscale events, emphasizing attention to detail and delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Senior Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of exceptional events. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of event management, from client consultations to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless experiences for our guests. Your expertise in event venue setup, vendor logistics, execution, breakdown, reset, and customer service will drive the success of each occasion while fostering strong client relationships. Duties Coordinate and manage all phases of event planning, including venue setup, catering, entertainment, and logistics Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote upcoming events and attract new clients Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients to secure favorable terms and uphold quality standards Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring cost-effective planning without compromising service excellence Collaborate with culinary teams to coordinate catering services, banquet arrangements, and special requests Manage guest services to ensure a memorable experience through attentive hospitality and personalized attention Lead a team of event staff, providing guidance on organizational tasks, time management, and customer engagement Experience Proven experience in event management within hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or banquet settings Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing advantageous contracts and vendor agreements Expertise in event marketing strategies and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets Prior experience with fundraising or large-scale event coordination is a plus Familiarity with hospitality operations such as guest services, catering coordination, and banquet management Join us as a Senior Event Manager to create unforgettable experiences that leave lasting impressions!
