Event Coordinator The Event Coordinator works closely with the CEO and Event Team Members to manage, coordinate, and grow Florida Pure Sea Salt's presence at farmer's markets, retail activations, festivals, and trade shows. This role combines sales, operations, logistics, customer engagement, team leadership, and business analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable balancing both hands-on event execution and behind-the-scenes administrative responsibilities. Ultimately, a successful Event Coordinator helps drive sales growth, operational excellence, customer loyalty, and brand awareness while ensuring events run smoothly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Represent Florida Pure Sea Salt and our products at farmer's markets, festivals, retail demos, and trade shows throughout Florida and occasionally nationwide Deliver exceptional customer experiences by educating customers on our products, sourcing, ingredients, and brand story Drive sales growth through strong customer engagement, upselling, merchandising, and relationship building Assist in setting weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales goals for markets and events Analyze event and market performance data to identify trends, improve profitability, and recommend growth opportunities Create and maintain reports related to sales performance, inventory movement, staffing needs, and event ROI Track KPIs including sales, conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer feedback Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, booth setup, transportation, staffing, inventory preparation, and vendor communication Train, motivate, and support event staff to ensure consistency in customer service, sales performance, and brand presentation Manage and maintain positive relationships with market managers, vendors, retailers, and event organizers Support the CEO with administrative and operational tasks as needed Monitor and manage inventory levels for events and coordinate restocking when necessary Help identify and research opportunities for expansion into new markets, retail partnerships, and geographic regions Conduct occasional in-store tastings and retail demos Ensure displays, signage, and product presentation align with brand standards Travel throughout Florida regularly and attend out-of-state trade shows and events approximately 4-5 times per year Assist with continuous improvement of systems, processes, and event operations as the company grows You Might Be a
