Ever After Farms has 9 of the most beautiful wedding barns in the State of Florida and we currently have an opening at our Flower Venue in Seffner . This position gives you a first class training in the wedding business while also providing you with highly competitive pay. You'll join a great team and have opportunities for tremendous personal growth also. For those who dream of working in the world of weddings, this position is the perfect job. We're looking for someone who : Loves being involved with weddings and events. Enjoys public interaction and can provide a warm, trusting personality with a great attitude. Responsible and ready to work. As we do enjoy having fun, we are dedicated to providing professional service to our couples. Must be able to work weekends as our couples do get married on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Please ensure you are within a reasonable driving distance to our venue location as we need our employees to be on time - only ones allowed to be running behind on a wedding day are the couples. Willing to listen and be trained even if you have previous experience.
Job Description :
Assisting during weddings/events ensuring you are working together with your team members, helping guests, vendors and most importantly the bride and groom when needed. Setting up prior to the wedding/event as well as cleaning up after the wedding/event has ended - resetting decor, moving furniture, general event turnover tasks. Fast- paced, physical, team-oriented. Schedule/Hours Thursdays 12 pm to 4 pm 2 pm till 12 am on wedding nights (this is our busiest venue) Before we conduct an in-person interview, we typically first do a Zoom interview.
