About the Role Modalways is seeking an Assistant Event Coordinator to support internal scheduling, coordination, and organization of meetings and company activities. This role focuses on planning logistics for internal operations and ensuring efficient coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal activities. Prepare materials, agendas, and documentation for meetings. Maintain organized records and coordination logs. Support communication between departments for scheduling needs. Track timelines and assist with follow-ups. Provide general administrative and coordination support. Qualifications High school diploma required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good communication and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Basic office software skills.
