Job Description

Seasonal Guest Services Event Staff Overview:
Event Staff at Atlanta Motor Speedway play an integral role in working with all departments to fulfill our mission of: Taking care of teammates Hosting remarkable events Positively impacting our community Profitably improving Event Staff will work under the direction of the Events/Operations Managers Responsibilities (may include but not limited to): Guest Services Event Staff Greet guests and resolve complaints Create a safe and positive environment Reporting issues to management as necessary Assist Guest on Trams Verify Ticket Access in specific areas Event Staff Requirements Ability to lift 25+lbs Flexible schedule (mostly weekends/nights) Positive attitude with a willingness to work as a team Professional appearance Must have a valid driver s license Ability to work outside for extended periods of time (if applicable) (extreme weather conditions included) Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to stand 8+ hours 2026
