Production Event Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Production Event Manager to lead and execute events from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing event setup, coordinating teams, and ensuring all equipment and logistics are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full event production for catering events and luaus Coordinate setup, breakdown, and transportation of equipment Manage production staff and communicate with FOH, kitchen, and vendors Ensure all equipment is delivered, maintained, and returned properly Conduct pre-event planning and post-event follow-ups Troubleshoot issues on-site and maintain smooth event flow Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of all equipment

Qualifications:

Previous event production or management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays required) Valid driver's license preferred
