Farmhouse Catering, located in Nevada, IA, is looking for an Event Coordinator to join our dedicated team. What You'll Do As an Event Coordinator at Farmhouse Catering, you'll play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Executing events from start to finish. Managing event logistics, including setup, teardown, and on-site coordination when necessary. Communicating effectively with vendors, staff, and other stakeholders. Ensuring all events align with Farmhouse Catering's high standards of quality and service. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience in hospitality is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ability to lift at least 35 lbs as part of event setup and teardown. At least 18 years of age to drive the company vehicles. A valid driver's license to travel to and from event locations. A proactive and detail-oriented mindset to handle the unexpected with ease. Why Farmhouse Catering?
