Job Description
The Strategic Events Manager oversees the organization, management and event support for all university events.
Duties will include:
Project management of executive-level university events Maintain operating budgets Sourcing and managing external suppliers and vendors Serve as communication, marketing and guest services specialist for events Manage and analyze event data Managing, coordinating and facilitating unified communications for events Serve as an expert resource for the campus event registration system Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external staff, faculty and volunteers Collaborating with internal departments Other duties as assigned
