Event Producer

We're looking for an Event Producer who runs toward complexity, and makes it look effortless. Someone who owns a room before the first guest arrives. Who sees a client brief and already knows what it could become. Who understands that logistics are love letters and executes them like it. The Event Producer is a seasoned mid-level operator responsible for driving the full lifecycle of a Revel event from kickoff through final reconciliation. This role is deeply rooted in execution, owning timelines, logistics, and on-site production with precision. You'll lead the build and delivery of complex, high-impact events, manage budgets and financial tracking, and ensure every detail is planned, communicated, and flawlessly executed. This role demands strong problem-solving, decisive leadership in live environments, and a relentless focus on quality and operational excellence. From vendor negotiation to client delight moments to post-event close-out. You'll be the through-line that makes every event feel inevitable. Revel is offering an annual base salary of $75,000, plus commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
