No Experience Needed Weekly Pay:
$900 per week (Inclusive of Performance Bonuses) Turn Conversations Into Impact We're currently representing a growing live, entry-level promotions team delivering high-visibility charity campaigns across Oak Park. Their work happens where people gather — community events, retail environments, and public venues — connecting supporters to causes that matter through direct, face-to-face engagement. They're seeking a confident and motivated Special Events Assistant to join the team and play an active role in campaign delivery and sales performance. This is an entry-level opportunity with immediate start options available. No previous experience is required — training is provided — but strong people skills and a results-driven mindset are essential. What This Role Involves As a Special Events Assistant, you'll be part of the frontline campaign team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Representing charitable initiatives at organised event locations Proactively engaging members of the public in meaningful conversation Clearly communicating the mission, impact, and goals of the campaign Assisting interested supporters through the contribution or sign-up process Tracking personal performance and contributing to team targets Supporting smooth event execution and maintaining a professional presence Participating in daily team briefings focused on performance and development This is a performance-based environment where effort and consistency are recognised.
