Job Description
Heartland Farm Banquet is seeking to hire an experienced Event coordinator to plan, coordinate, and facilitate events within our venue. We host weddings and events to groups from 100-250 guests. We specialize in weddings, showers, meetings, and dinners. We are seeking someone who is passionate about organizing events and possesses excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring all details are managed effectively. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication with clients to understand their needs. Coordinate with vendors for catering and other services. Oversee event logistics, including setup and teardown, while ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Utilize marketing strategies to promote events and enhance guest engagement. Qualifications Proven experience in event planning and management Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of marketing strategies and event promotion Familiarity with contracts, catering, and hospitality industry standards
